Frequently asked
When will you be back?
We're currently closed for production and taking a little break from Easton Chilli. We want a new premises in Bristol in which we can set up a new kitchen and establish a permanent home. This is a lot of work and might take a while but we're hoping to be back up and running by May 2025! Until then, you can head to one of our stockists or order online from DELLI.
How spicy are your products?
Tolerance to chilli heat is
very individual! Easton Chilli products are rated out of 5 on heat.
0/5 - No heat here. Possibly suitable for a newborn baby.
1/5 - Just a hint. If you like your spice, you probably think this is nothing.
2/5 - A bit of zing. Everyone should be able to enjoy this level of heat, whether you're a regular folk or a chilli fiend. Most of our products are aimed at this level.
3/5 - It's heating up. Probably getting a little spicy for the regular folk now, definitely too spicy for a newborn baby.
4/5 - Now we're talking! You might talk your pal
into trying this once, but they might need a glass of milk, and they
might not speak to you for a while.
5/5 - Everything that's way too spicy for a regular person. Anything hotter than this you're just looking for pain.
Here are some rough equivalences in heat.
Heinz Tomato Ketchup = Easton Chilli 0/5
Nando's Medium Peri Peri = Easton Chilli 2/5
That chilli sauce at your local kebab shop = probably Easton Chilli 3/5
Nando's Extra Hot = Easton Chilli 4.5/5
Chilli Daddy's 4 = Easton Chilli 5/5
Where is everything made?
Easton Chilli started at home in lockdown of 2020 as a side project. This worked great until Christmas 2023 where sales spiked beyond what could be made at home.
As of January 2024, everything is produced out of a rental kitchen in Brislington. We hope to return to Easton very soon!
Our T-shirts are printed in Bedminster, Bristol by Live Ink Co,

Christmas delivery info 2024
For us Christmas orders start around the end of October. From that time we will be handling a large number of orders, so in order to help us manage demand we may not process orders as they come in.
That means your order might take a little longer to get to you, but as long as you order by our cutoff date we guarantee you'll get your order by Christmas.
Order cut off dates 2024:
- By post: 10th December 2024 (orders after this date may not arrive by Christmas but we will do our best)
- Collection: 16th December 2024 (last collection date 17th)
- Local delivery: We will suspend free local delivery during December. You can collect from our kitchen in Brislington.
It's likely that any orders after these dates won't make it to you by Christmas - check before you order to avoid disappointment. Any orders that don't make the cut off can be refunded in full, or will be fulfilled after January 8th.
