Frequently asked
I can't make any of those dates!
No worries! We regularly publish new dates for our group workshops on this page, our social media, and on our email newsletter (subscribe at the bottom of this page).
You can give us an email hello@eastonchilli.com to let us know your preferences on future dates - we'll do our best to accomodate.
You can also upgrade your voucher to a private session for a fee of £25pp - if you'd like to do this select the "Private class" option and write in the form your date preference. We'll follow up with a payment link before confirming your booking.
Can I bring extra people?
Your workshop ticket fee covers one participant in the workshop - but spectators are free. Please let us know who else will come.
Children aged 14-18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult, and their tickets are 50% off - please enquire.
Please do not bring younger children or pets to the workshop.
If you'd like to book extra people to do the workshop, fill in the form below with your voucher reference and total number of people. We will get back to you with a payment link for the additional people.
Where are the workshops?
All our workshops are held at our production kitchen in Easton, Bristol.
We are open to travelling for private classes or groups - please enquire.
How many people are in the workshop?
We aim for around 6 people in our group workshops - this is the class size that allows for a good balance of time keeping and individual attention.
We are able to host up to 10 people in the kitchen but we would only do that for a private session or if everyone was ok with a larger group.
What do I need to bring?
Everything is included in our group workshops - but bring a pen and paper if you want to write notes. You can also bring any ingredients that you'd like to work with - just let us know beforehand.
Is the workshop allergen friendly?
The kitchen we use handles common allergens, so we are not able to guarantee any piece of equipment is 100% allergen free. We maintain a regular cleaning schedule to reduce the risk of cross contamination, but we do handle allergens as part of our other work.
However, if you let us know, we will do our best to make sure your allergen is not part of the environment for the duration of the workshop, or any food we provide.
