Returns and refunds
We offer exchanges for all products sold via our online shop, providing that the item is resellable (sauces: is sealed, shirts: no visible marks). Exchanges are to be posted at your own expense.
In the event some or all items are damaged in transit due to our chosen courier, we will offer a replacement item or a partial refund to the payment method used in the original order only. To claim this, we require photographic evidence of damage to the item, as well as a photo of the packaging - these will be used as evidence for a claim with our courier.
