We use top quality ingredients to make all our products - and try to support other local independents in the process, collaborating and showcasing local seasonal produce. We also like fermenting ingredients to increase the depth of flavour!

Our products are certified delicious - we’ve won loads of awards including Great Taste 3* (Black Garlic Chilli Jam), Great Taste 2* (Salted Pineapple Chilli Jam), and Taste of the West Champion (Pa Lo Hot Sauce)!

We always try to put our own spin on things - we know what’s out there in the market, and we know our products are interesting, different, and most importantly delicious!

Clean labels

We prepare our sauce from source - fresh, quality, fruit and veg, with no unnecessary extras. We don’t use xanthan gum in sauces. For our chilli jams we use pectin powder derived from apples.
