Rich, fragrant and saucy... we teamed up with Bristol legends WANGS for this chilli oil.
Inspired by the oil they serve in house with their wontons, our Hong Kong Chilli Oil is made with loads of fresh garlic and shallots, the finest Somerset-grown high-oleic cold-pressed rapeseed oil, and a perfectly balanced selection of Chinese spices and seasonings.
This one is made for spooning over dumplings or eggs, stirring into soups or noodle bowls, or just scranning straight from the jar!
