Salted Pineapple Chilli Jam was inspired by Thai street vendors serve fresh fruit: with a sprinkle of salt and chilli. We added a bit of smokiness by charring the pineapples before making them into this delicious chilli jam!

Got this on Saturday at the Dorset chilli festival staff were great and so friendly and the chilli jam is amazing very different to the others on offer and unique top tier service and chilli jam

Picked up a jar of the Salted Pineapple jam from Easton’s when I was at the Bath Xmas Market and I wish I’d bought more. Just delicious with absolutely everything - poppadoms, garlic bread, pizza, rice.
