Gold Lion Sriracha is one of our hottest sauces - made by fermenting yellow habaneros with garlic and whole lemon for six months before blending with tingly Sichuan peppercorns, and balancing with a bit of salt, sugar, and cider vinegar.
It's funky, fierce, and full of fermented flavour!

This one is special - over 6 months fermenting, developing flavour that shorter ferments can't achieve. We will only be making one batch of this every year!
What's a sriracha sauce?
Sriracha is a traditional chilli sauce from Thailand; the one everyone is familiar with in the UK is just one interpretation of that tradition!
To us, a great sriracha sauce is a perfect balance of five elements: heat, salt, sweetness, sourness and garlic. It should deliver a great flavour while still being a sauce that you can put on any dish.
