Easton Chilli announces chilli oil collaboration with WANGS

Easton Chilli and WANGS have announced a new collaboration product - Hong Kong Chilli Oil. Inspired by the sauce served with the dumplings made fresh in house, it's a take on a Hong Kong style chilli oil rooted in authenticity and heritage. 

The medium-heat oil features slow-confit garlic, shallot, fragranced with Chinese chilli flakes, Sichuan peppercorn, star anise, and delicately seasoned with chinkiang vinegar and sesame oil, amongst other traditional ingredients. It's made for splashing over any meal, but in particular bowls of noodles and dumplings, and weekend brunches of avocado, eggs and toast.

The product will release first to backers of WANGS ' crowdfunder, with general release following shortly after.

WANGS is a modern Chinese restaurant based in Montpelier, Bristol. Founded in 2024 they serve bold, beautifully made dishes that celebrate real flavour and real stories.
