Garlicky, creamy, and full of fermented flavour... Red Buffalo Sriracha is here to rescue your meals from bland buffalo sauce.
We use Somerset-grown cold-pressed rapeseed oil to add a delicious creamy texture - that's what makes it a buffalo sauce. And the fermentation unlocks an amazing tangy flavour from the red jalapenos and the garlic - this is what makes it a sriracha.

What's a sriracha sauce?
Sriracha is a traditional chilli sauce from Thailand; the one everyone is familiar with in the UK is just one interpretation of that tradition!
To us, a great sriracha sauce is a perfect balance of five elements: heat, salt, sweetness, sourness and garlic. It should deliver a great flavour while still being a sauce that you can put on any dish.
