Green Viper Sriracha is tangy and savoury, made by fermenting mild green chillies with garlic and makrut lime leaf before blending with green birds eyes and jara lime juice.
It's funky and full of fermented flavour, like a Thai green curry in a bottle!

What's a sriracha sauce?
Sriracha is a traditional chilli sauce from Thailand; the one everyone is familiar with in the UK is just one interpretation of that tradition!
To us, a great sriracha sauce is a perfect balance of five elements: heat, salt, sweetness, sourness and garlic. It should deliver a great flavour while still being a sauce that you can put on any dish.
