Blackbird Sriracha is tangy and savoury, made by fermenting bird's eye chillies and garlic before blending with luxurious aged black garlic. It's rich, spicy, and delicious with pretty much anything!

This one takes us three weeks to make - time is the only way to get that delicious fermented flavour - so we might be out of stock sometimes. If you see it in stock grab it while you can!
What's a sriracha sauce?
Sriracha is a traditional chilli sauce from Thailand; the one everyone is familiar with in the UK is just one interpretation of that tradition!
To us, a great sriracha sauce is a perfect balance of five elements: heat, salt, sweetness, sourness and garlic. It should deliver a great flavour while still being a sauce that you can put on any dish.
