Pa Lo Spice Hot Chocolate

Pa Lo Spice by Radek's Chocolate & Easton Chilli is a journey of flavour. We start with notes of star anise, lime leaf, cumin and fennel - we then transition into savoury notes from the thua nao (Thai soy seasoning), cumin, and 60% Peruvian cacao - before arriving into a warming sting of chilli about 20 seconds later. 

This hot chocolate is a tribute to the savoury and spicy notes found in the original cacao drinks of Central and Southern America - but made in Bristol, and using a Thai inspired palate - it's a truly global fusion of flavours!

This is not instant hot chocolate - we recommend taking your time, and heating on the stove. Use two heaped teaspoons for each regular sized mug of milk.
