Sweet with a numbing-spicy heat... Malamango Chilli Jam is a twist on your typical mango chutney, adding in tingly Sichuan peppercorns for a delicious sensation.
We make this seasonally using the highest quality fresh mangoes from either India & Pakistan (early Summer) or from Spain (late Summer), so we've got limited supply. When it's gone it's gone!

In my fridge at home, we have an entire drawer devoted to chutneys, jams and sauces. Most have been there for a while, some jars at the back have been there for years, forgotten. This chilli jam lasted less than two weeks. A new record. I cannot recommend it enough. (Although if it comes back in stock, please save some for me)
