[Experimental] Lemon + Herb Piri Piri Sauce

We've teamed up with our unit mates Nania's Wildbrew to make our take on a lemon + herb piri piri sauce - but with more emphasis on the floral and aromatic notes that you might not usually find. We used whole lemons for a touch of bitterness, loads of oregano for herbiness, and kombucha vinegar for a depth of flavour.

This first batch we're selling at a super-discounted rate of 50% off - we want to know what you think! We want this to develop into one of our core sauces so skipped a couple rounds of testing and went straight for the bigger batch.
